Gemma has been inspired by STEM since she first started programming at the age of nine, and she hasn’t stopped since. As a child she was always building, engineering, coding or running some sort of science experiment. She has brought this curiosity and problem-solving approach to her current role as Innovation Manager at TTS, part of RM resources. This is her dream job as it brings together her 15 years of experience as a Secondary School Computer Science teacher with her love for all things technological. Whilst she primarily works on developing new products for the ICT and Computer science ranges, she also supports teachers in the delivery of lessons with the products. And she still teaches once a week, because once a teacher, always a teacher!
